Galerija Podova - Brand strategy and presence on social networks
Analysis of the market, target group and company revealed insights that became the foundation of our strategy for Galeria Podova. From observation and questionnaires, to in-depth interviews with members of the target group and employees in sales facilities, we have used qualitative methods to investigate many important angles of brand perception, customer behavior and business processes. The brand strategy created for Galerija Podova is not only the result of these analyses, but a guide to improving the customer experience, both online and offline.
The brand strategy resulted in a social media strategy that includes a new visual direction, tone of communication, and more advanced formats tailored to both the social networks themselves and advertising goals. Through the creative concepts we developed, from the idea, slogan, and visuals to their application in static and animated formats, we transitioned from content that 'interrupts' to content that attracts attention and encourages participation.
