Open positions:
We are looking for an outstanding Performance Marketing Specialist. If you are responsible and well organized, have at least 1 year of work experience, and want to work in a dynamic environment and in a hybrid model of work (three days weekly working from the office & two days weekly working outside of the office) in the following fields
- Managing paid ad campaigns across Google (search, display, discovery, smart, performance max, etc.). Social Media (Facebook, Instagram) and other platforms such as LinkedIn, etc.
- Managing paid campaigns with a retargeting type of advertising by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis, and testing of keyword performance
- Ensuring successful campaigns managing bids and budgets to be able to meet the predefined KPIs
- Optimizing campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment
- Working in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs., Sheets, Slides, etc.
- Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics, and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition
- Build and run A/B tests across paid campaigns, landing pages and the homepage
- Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager (Creating new accounts, Business Settings, connecting partners, people, pages, etc. billing, adding payment methods, exporting invoices, etc.)
- Knowledge of the Google Ads platform (Creating new ad accounts, adding people, payment methods, exporting invoices, etc.)
- Creating reports with data from Ad platforms and Google Analytics
- Business communication with colleagues and clients
It is also nice to have knowledge in:
- Connecting all required tracking codes on Advertising platforms for the campaign’s success (FB Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Writing content for marketing ads, campaigns, and landing pages (headlines, descriptions for Google, CTA copy for Facebook / Instagram / LinkedIn, or descriptions for landing page)
- Testing different value propositions and messages across various channels to find the best angle to introduce our product to each target group
- Google Tag Manager / Facebook Business Manager / Web tracking understanding and good knowledge
- Google and Facebook certification
- Photoshop and Illustrator programs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist (at least 1 year)
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Basic understanding of Facebook and Google Ads
- Operative knowledge in Google Analytics
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
- Analytical thinking
- Working knowledge of tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Facebook Ad Library, Bitly, and Campaign UTM URL Builder. Microsoft Power BI is a plus
- Copywriting skill for ads are a plus
- Experience in communication with colleagues and clients
