Since its premiere in 2018, the series "TotalEnergies Caravan through Serbia" (formerly TQAS Caravan), has demonstrated the influential role of storytelling within the promotional segment of the marketing mix for the subsequent five seasons. Our mission is clear: on one hand, to introduce the TotalEnergies service concept to potential client collaborators, and on the other hand, to showcase the distinctiveness of each service within the network, as well as the quality of the client's products to service users across the country.
With Slobodan Šarenac as the series host, each episode of “TotalEnergies Caravan through Serbia” takes viewers on a journey through numerous car mechanic anecdotes, revealing small and large secrets of car service, alongside picturesque landscapes and locations of significant cultural and historical importance. Inspired by each service partner visit, we crafted, shared, and promoted accompanying content across various channels and platforms, including television, the company's website, and social networks, aiming for continuity and, more importantly, a synergistic campaign effect.
This original concept, conceived and executed by the smartpoint adria team, garnered numerous awards from TotalEnergies at the European level, recognized as a potent promotional tool for lead generation and fostering a positive brand image among the public.
