Dell Technologies Conference and Team Building

Dell Technologies’ northernmost CEE outpost, Tallinn, Estonia, surprised us all with its beauty and warm hospitality, providing the perfect setting for our “Next wAIve” event. This unique experience took participants on a Baltic Sea journey—from a secret beach, through the harbor and open sea, to the mesmerizing beauty of the underwater world.

The agenda was packed with insightful sessions and thought leadership, covering everything from AI in distribution to the latest AI-ready solutions and Dell’s strategic updates. The discussions on AI’s real-world impact in sectors such as defense, services, and marketing were particularly enlightening. More than 100 participants also enjoyed a team-building city quest through Tallinn’s beautiful historic center, along with two fantastic networking evenings. These gatherings gave us the chance to relax, bond with peers and colleagues, reconnect with familiar faces, and forge new friendships in truly breathtaking locations.
