SMARTPOINT ADRIA Among the Top 3 Digital Marketing Agencies in Serbia
According to the Agency Report, a study conducted by the Marketing mreža for the past eight years, smartpoint adria ranked 3rd among digital marketing agencies in Serbia in 2023, based on business income growth and net profit.
Compared to 2022, smartpoint adria moved up one spot in the ranking, with a 5.41% increase in business income, a 6.27% rise in net profit, and an 8.11% expansion in team size.

For the first time since the Marketing mreža began conducting the Agency Report study, digital marketing agencies in Serbia experienced a decline across all financial metrics. A total of 35 agencies reported a drop in business income in 2023, while 58 saw a reduction in net profit. Despite the steady increase in digital advertising investments in the Serbian market, the challenges posed by inflation and economic crises have had a significant impact on the sector. This is evidenced by the small number of new agencies established in 2023 and the decline in the overall workforce, according to the Marketing mreža research.

Overall, the total business income of digital marketing agencies in 2023 decreased by 41.69%, and net profit fell by 53.52%. The number of employees in digital marketing agencies also dropped by 2.34% compared to 2022, according to the Agency Report for 2023.
