Meet the smartpoint team: Marko Anđelković, Digital Team Leader

Another Sagittarius in our office, Marko, has been a part of the smartpoint story for four years. He leads the team that occupies the most space in our internal monthly newsletter, and if he received a dinar for every time someone told him he looked like Jon Snow (from Game of Thrones), he would surely be richer than Elon Musk!

What advice would you give to your younger self - both professionally and personally?

Be patient; all the effort and work will pay off. For everything you do, create a "how-to" document and save it; it will mean something to you. Make the most of every day, in every way!

What do you like most about your job? 

The dynamism and the fact that you don't know every day what exactly awaits you tomorrow in terms of tasks; the ability to solve all the tasks that arise; the possibility to help my team with solving some tasks; satisfaction after a well-done campaign. The fact that I am doing the work I love - a creative, versatile profession that will continue to develop in the future.

People. A cool team that rocks, loves, and knows how to have a good time!
